1. Collection and Usage
NullShells Networks collects information from your browser, which includes your IP address and the page you request; this is standard for any web server on the Internet.

NullShells Networks collects information during the account request and setup process. We may collect and verify information submitted through our account request form, PayPal, telephone, fax, email, and other Internet based communications. The information shared during the account request and setup process will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

NullShells Networks may occasionally request additional information to verify your identity. We may ask for additional information at anytime to verify the validity of information provided during the account request process, and in the case you request that your password is reset.

2. Storage and Transfers
NullShells Networks will do its best to maintain each user’s privacy while managing the network and system securities.

There is no real guarantee of the confidentiality of data on any Internet based systems due to the nature of the Internet. When a network is connected to the internet there is ALWAYS a possibility for a breach of security.

NullShells Networks makes backups of all data stored in our systems, so that in the event of downtime or data loss your data can be at least partially restored. User’s data transfers are not explicitly monitored, but for security and to ensure service quality we may monitor transfers from time to time. Transfers may be monitored for speed, type, total amount, as well as the actual content of data. Everything a user on the Internet does, can be, and, is monitored by third parties. Users should exercise discernment and use common sense when using our systems. If you have highly confidential data, e.g., passwords, then you should utilize encryption during storage and transfer.

NullShells Networks does not share private data with third parties unless required by law. Each user is responsible for the privacy of their personal data.
